It is an indefensible post, but I don't think it is a death threat. There is a reference to how much he would enjoy watching him die, but not that he would do it himself. As I understand the rules, this is only flaming.
I only mention it as I suspect the distinction could be the difference between a long ban and a deletion.

Kherberusovichnya has been forum-banned for 7 days for flaming.
I do not even believe it was in response to trolling. It was the first time he posted in the thread, and the post he quoted was made much earlier on, and though angry, was directed at no-one in particular.
