those are.... uhh..... I believe those actually wouldn't be allowed on NS (definatly the last one from "The Fiefdom of Braps").

There's actually no "rule" when dealing with innapropriate posts (see: What can't I post? in the FAQ) NSers just can't post anything that's; threatening, obscene (such as the "up your" smilie spam/ constant swearing), illegal(they're ACTUALLY selling slaves, not just for RPs), threatening, malicious, defamatory, spam.

Those were taken right out of the FAQ section on NS. There's nothing on there that says "racists are illegal on NS." One guy pops into mind who would definatly be clasified as a "racist" and yet he was allowed to continue to RP in MT (this was, I believe, before your nation was created). Decisive Action finnaly got deleted after crossing the line for the very last time. Actually, several last times if memory serves.

while people with "racist" views are allowed on nationstates as long as they are civil in their arguments, the OSRS states(as actually linked to by Bodies Without Organs in one of the posts):

Customizable Field Violations: Using offensive terms and language in a nation's motto, currency, national animal, and/or national title. Also applies to using a swastika or other offensive and/or pornographic imagery in a national flag. Huge flags (over 300x200 pixels) may also be deleted. Note that malicious use of any human or racial terms as national animals is expressly forbidden.

so my personal opinion would be that the nations in question violate those rules, but obviously up to the mods to decide.

Someone doesn't seem to be getting the message:

Somehow I doubt even the DEAT he just got will be sufficient. Oh well, plenty more where that came from.
