Hi I'm not sure if this is the right place for this thread (could you move it if it isn't) but my region UNFR was spammed by Veri Pax, with a region advertisement, I have in no way endorsed this or allowed him to do it, and am lodging a formal complaint.

since this is an ingame complaint you're probably better off reporting it via the getting help page:

make sure to attach regional messageboard if its an advertisment you're complaining about.
