Spamming, repeating...what?

The Dark Shadowy Nexus apparently feels it is necessary to cut and paste the same bizarre paragraph again and again:

He first brings it up here: http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showpost.php?p=11294048&postcount=58

And then just repeats himself over and over here:
http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showpost.php?p=11294232&postcount=48
http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showpost.php?p=11294245&postcount=52
http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showpost.php?p=11294359&postcount=84
http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showpost.php?p=11294436&postcount=103
http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showpost.php?p=11294521&postcount=134

He is replying to different posters, so this wasn't a case of being trigger happy on the submit button.

It's been explained in the last page of this thread: http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=490477&page=7

I think it is spamming, it doesn't seem to be relevent to the discussion.

Yes, it references a particularly sad era of child psychology. It was so ingrained, that researchers (especially the great Elizabeth Loftus) were essentially blackballed, and verbally tarred-and-feathered.

I wouldn't necessarily call this spam; it's just a pathetic debating technique. It's vaguely relevent, but repeating the same comment over and over isn't going to convert anyone.

But, hey... I'm not here to force people to use good debating techniques. Lord knows I have enough to do already.

I saw a program about that once...that was really creepy.
