Rowdy Ockers

My nation, Rowdy Ockers, is a puppet of a nation in a region that has recently been the target of region invaders.
The puppet is tracking the invaders and "outing" them on regional message boards when they arrive in other regions.
Is this spamming?

To be more precise, I left a very similar message in Portugal and an abbreviated message in The Pigs Pelvis.

If you're wandering from region to region posting that, then yes, it's spam.
Protecting your local region is one thing. Going on a region-to-region crusade against invaders (who are participating in a LEGAL activity) is another. Don't do it.
