Some of those irritated at my rather vociferous defense of America have alleged that I am now making "death threats." Please clarify this matter for me. If this post constitutes any sort of "death threat," I will delete it and apologize to the party in question.

Also, might want to tone down the "vociferous defense of America" because some might take it for a terrorist plan. (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showpost.php?p=11234506&postcount=318) which is, you know, frowned upon.

And Ill refrain from telling you how I view your libel of both George Clooney and Miss Sheehan as they are not members of this forum so it's not worth the mod's time.

Since you raised the issue, here... might it not also be worth pointing out you were threatening to strap explosives to yourself, and kill whoever you found in a mosque?

It is my job to report to mods what I believe is rule breaking. The two links I posted were, i feel, instances where you broke the rule. Hence, I used this thread to report them as they were going to check that thread anyways.

Not at all. As I've been at pains to explain to you, there actually is such a thing as hyperbole. If you think I would actually strap explosives to myself and blow anything up, then you're not nearly as bright as I have given you credit for. Get real.

So let me see if I've got this straight: when I get upset about a post and retaliate with hyperbole, I'm being serious about killing someone; then when I post what I said in moderation for their decision about it, I'm "desperately backpeddling?" So no mater what I do, I'm wrong? Interesting position, that.

If you'd have posted yesterday, when it was fresh - I might have believed it to be in earnest. When I (and others) pointed out that you seemed two steps too-far-over the line. But, you didn't. And - now that a lot of people are talking about it, you seem to be trying to build a defense for it.

I could be wrong. I freely admit that. But, it looks like 'desperate backpeddling'.

Threats: Any post, telegram, or other entry which can be read as a threat against a player's life or safety is forbidden. We will consider all such threats to be real and actual, not satire or hyperbole, and act accordingly.
