I'm aware... but considering some of the things he has posted, of late, it seems like hypocrisy to even gesture in the direction of this 'infraction'.

Couldn't similar assertions be made regarding the post you are complaining about? All meant in good humour, or something like that?
Hyperbole or not - I'm under the impression that threatening other players is frowned upon, and planning terrorist activities is both frowned upon AND potentially actionable.

Not meaning to step where it is unwarranted... but if this is addressed to me (as last poster IN this thread)... my last post was about an hour before a mod ruled, as far as I know.
