If that was a first offence, then can I plead for leniancy for New-Lexington. I did sort of provoke him a little, and the (joke) threat was aimed at me.

I don't think the mods are going to restore New-Lexington. How do THEY know he was joking when he made the threat?
Even joke threats don't seem to get looked upon too kindly here from what I can tell about precedent...
