Spamming the region with puppet nations

I am just wondering, is spamming the region with puppet nations considering offense or no?

The thing is, my region of Cosmos was recently spammed with 15 puppet nations, This Nation 01 – This Nation 15; according to This Nation 15, this is supposed to be “experiment” to see “how many you could banject before your influence ran out”. As long as there are ‘only’ 15 of them, I don’t really mind the puppets’ presence, but if their puppet master continues spamming Cosmos with more of his/her puppet nations, I would appreciate it if Moderators take action against him/her.

It's not really spam to move nations into a region... If you don't want them there, eject or set up a password.

Regional happenings spam is more when someone deliberately moves back and forth between a region multiple times, not just a move to a region.

I see, thank you for clarification.

Though truth be told, I don't see how moving a large number of similarly named nations into the region is less spam then jumping back and forth between regions. Oh well...

Well, he hasn't exactly moved them all out again, he's posted only one comment on your board. Moving into a region is pretty benign, even if the names are just a big series. And as I said... you can always kick them out or set up a password.

Just to clarify, moving your nations in as new residents generally isn't considered spam. Moving them in and back out to fill Regional Happenings or be annoying, or a few other specific instances may well be considered spam. That's why mods make judgement calls. In this case, Erastide's judgement seems entirely accurate.
