I know you can't advertise other sites on NS, or your own website (unless it's NS related), but what about advetising NS on other websites?

freewebs.com allows hosting of other sites, so long as we have their permission.

If you mean link to NS from your own site I'm 100% sure it's fine, since that's how the internet works. If you mean advertising on another forum or whatever, well, that's up to the forum moderators to decide if it's okay or not. If you mean hosting the eye logo as a means of linking to NS, I'm sure it falls under the category of "fair use" and that Max wouldn't mind.

Other than these scenarios I can't think of any way you wouldn't be allowed to link to NS...
