The nation of Global Thought visited our region, Forest, 13 hours ago. They posted a harmless message and then left. Shortly afterwards they became a former nation, presumably deleted.
I notice lots of nomadic nations passing through - I pay them no mind.
Is this activity frowned upon?

I emailed Global Thought just after they passed through and here were the activities in their own words:
Well it is quite simple, I follow, randomly, the Regional Happenings, I go to a region I've never been to. If I get stuck there I back track and go to another. I'm increasing my rates by 10 regions each day. So today I will be visiting 30 regions -_-...will take some time..but it is my goal to get to 100 incriments. I take a rest after every incriment, and start a new day each day.
My policies concerning region gifting is the same for the TG's, so my gift to you is a fine crafted tea cup with the Global Thought logo on it.

Regional adverts are not allowed in player-created Regions (save with Founder permission). Players who continually violate the rules are punished.
