User "666666666" keeps posting separate threads for Patient Rights Act. I've spotted two so far, but I'm not so alert -- there may still be third or fourth lying around somewhere. Um, the user's name also frightens me; by posting it here does it mean I'm going to hell?

While you're at it, you may as well officialize and stickify St Edmund's thread (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=483508); I doubt Yelda will be along to start his own.
