Pythagoria gave me his country because he's busy alot. So therefore I named it under Leocardian rule. But it went locked when I switched to leocardia.

Simply creating a new nation with a name slightly diffeent than the original, then posting as in the same context as him goes against the rules i belive. Although the problem could have been resolved by a OOC post or announcment following his leaving.(Couldn't he just give you the password ?)
