It appears that someone is creating nation after nation (somewhere around 30 now) and moving them into the Region "Tennessee". Is this allowed?
I understand having multiple nations, and I have no problem with that, but can you just overwhelm a region with 30+ puppets of your own?

Thanks for the update. They are not in the UN, just rather annoying. Maybe we just toss them and be done with it.
