Well he might have an opinion, but I do think the mods look down on the whole advocating rape in any situation.

I don't know the context, but he does seem oddly fixated on it, doesn't he?

advocating a crime is completly legal(ie: doing it on a forum or radio show) unless it could lead to iminant lawlessness (ie: speeker addressing group of radical muslems(or realy radical skinheads) and starts yelling that a promanint jew (ex:abe foxmen) should be killed as he walks by the crowed). now if memory serves me right i thoght the mods were agenst graphic rps centered around rape or sex

A disturbing number of people advocate the same thing you know. It is quite sad really.

Having established that precedent, what of Psychotic Dan? The two posts I linked to in the opening of the thread were by two different people, just in case that was unclear.

As I recall, statements of that sort have appeared on here frequently without any sort of mod action. Why should those statements be any different?

These statements may be special because someone actually bothered to report them. I've seen many threads in which violations occurred that were simply not reported and therefore left undealt with.

Because we don't read everything, and don't try. It's like the police IRL. Most crime goes unreported and unsolved.

EDIT: Mention of rape in a nation name or as a set of customisable field violations is already a deletion-worthy offense, and from what I have seen, indulging in such fantasies is frowned upon if not discouraged by most of the RP community. I do recall threads being locked when they unduly focused on such subject matter. There is a difference between discussion of the fact, and actual advocacy/endorsement of the act as a positive outcome. In this latter context, it is particularly distasteful and I consider it to fall under trolling rules.

No, you may not endorse or promote sexual violence in the forums.
