Some moron made an inappropriate nation, and since I have a safe computer, I can't get on to the world, my friend cant get on the East Pacific, and I can't advertise my region. It's really annoying, what can I do?

Personally, I probably consider your inability to advertise a plus...it's irritating.
But, you can rest assured, any nation name offensive enough to trigger your porn block will probably be taken care of shortly.

If you know what the name is, then report it via the getting help page. If you don't know what it is... I don't think someone's going to search the region for you.
Although... The featured region is "A*sen" (replace * with a s) and one of the top 10 in TEP has "Se*y" (replace with x) in it. Is your filter really that bad to block those words? You're going to have a hard time navigating NS if it is, because neither the nation or the region are in violation of anything.
My suggestion? Tone down the filter. :p
