It's sixty days(or something around there) when the nation is set to vacation mode, twenty eight days otherwise.

I've always wondered why it was 28 days. Why not make it a full month of 30 days? Is it because 28 days is exactly four weeks? Or is it just an arbitrary number Max decided to use?
