Question about the Acceptable Flag Policy:
Are Manji's banned?
To my knowledge, that would be covered by this:
']A swastika: not acceptable (Yes, it was used by Buddhists in the third Century, etc, etc, but that's not what it represents now. To the vast majority of people, the swastika represents the Holocaust. A nation with a swastika appears to be endorsing that event; that's malicious and has the primary effect of offending.)From this thread (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=438053) (emphasis added)

Basically, a reverse swastika.
Question: What the blazes is a 'Manji'?According to Wikipedia, it's the Japanese name for the Swastika. I'm quite surprised that Dongara/Serapindal even asked, since he knows quite well that Swastikas aren't allowed, even if he refers to them with a different name.
Never mind Manjis are still used and publically displayed everywhere in China, South Korea, and Japan...

Never mind that this subject has been discussed endlessly and the answer has always been, and still remains, no.
