Alright, I know that in the rules it says: "Adding legitimate new material is permitted, and the acceptable age varies from forum to forum." but I was wondering if gravedigging is exceptable in Gameplay in these instances:

I am not trying to get anyone into trouble, but it did raise the question in my mind whether its right. This chap seems to not know what hes doing, but I wanted to make sure with ya'll that its either illegal or legal just for my own personal reference, and if you wanted to attend to the above you could at your discretion.

While, technically, the region pimping added something to the conversation, chances are that people would have found a region to their liking in the past 4 months.
