Might want to try page 12 rather than page 5, though...

Page 5 is the last page of the thread. Some of us display 40 posts per page, you know...

But surely most people use the default?

Yeah, I had to search for the last page too with the gravedigging post, most people do use the default

Not really with gravedigging. If you just link to one post, then you only get the date/time that that was posted - that doesn't show it's a gravedig. Link to two consecutive posts where the second is the gravedig, I'd say.

So? If you think I'm going to change back to 15 posts per page just to report something in moderation and then change it back, you've another thing coming.

I use the 40 per page. So it was pretty simple for me to toss a lock on it. Really, folks, tempest in a teapot.

Some of you use broadband. Some of us *sigh* dial-up. We all end up in the same place.....

...eventually.

You're from Chicago, aren't you? :p Meh, I use the default setting. If it ain't broken, don't fix it.

Excuse me, but is gravedigging a bad thing? I mean, I don't want to do it, but, I just don't know if it's bad or not, and I would like to know please. :)

Don't get all jealous just 'cos mine's bigger'n yours.

Honestly... thinking that celery salt goes on hot dogs would be the kind of serious error only a Chicagoan would make. At least my colleague is as horrified by the idea of ketchup on dogs as I am.

Kat, have you actually tried it? At least Chicagoans know what they're good at and what they aren't. New Yorker think they know how to make a good pie. What's next? Chicagoans claiming they've got being impolite down to a science. Some cities should simply know when they're defeated in a particular area.

Of course I haven't tried it -- it's morally wrong!!!! Well, ok, next time I am in Illinois I guess I'll have a taste....

...and hey, NYers are not as impolite as we're cracked up to be.

I'm gonna write this one big because sometimes people can't tell when I'm kidding and I hate propogating stereotypes. I worked in New York for nearly a year and I never encountered the movie stereotype of New York. I didn't find the subway to be particularly dirty. I didn't fear mugging. I felt safe on the street in the middle of the night. People were generally as polite as in most cities. The pizza was not too bad. And they know how to make an awesome sandwich.

Sorry for hijacking, but you drew me in with the celery salt comment and I don't trust TMGH to defend the best city in the US.
