The situation in the Pacific is out of hand, my friend moves there makes a single RMB post about how wants to stay there, and is ejected by the new delegate, its the same story for countless others. They are never given a TG saying why they were ejected. Now I know this isn't really against the rules, but its ruining the game in general, and making it corrupt and preventing some people from doing as they want, it has to stop! I'm just lodging my complaint in the hope that it'll be dealt with!

If you are in a region with a Delegate you don't like, I suggest two possible paths of action:
(a) start or join a sneaky campaign to get rid of him/her
(b) move to a region where you like the authorities better

Also, such complaints were made long in the past and denied. You may find The Decision in the Region of The Pacific (http://forums2.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=279723) to be interesting reading.
It's long-standing precedent that nations in feeder regions can be rather summarily removed by the Delegate. That's just reinforced by the recent game mechanics changes.
