I just started a week ago and I keep getting kicked out of the Pacific and have been banned from it by someone there....This same person is making a game of it in that hes done this to, as of last check over 700 people. Isn't it supposed to be a neutral zone where you can start out nicely?

Not really.
In fact, some of the most dramatic political activity happens in the Feeder regions.

You want a neutral zone, stick in the RR (where you land after getting kicked from a region) ;)

Yeah, this isn't the first time the Delegate of the Pacific has randomly kicked nations out for no good reason. There's just been a rather major game mechanics game, and it's caused a lot of instability in the Pacific.

Yeah, but I thought I'd at least get to blow someone up before I got kicked out of a region. ;)
