I don't know. Could just be a Jolt thing, could be something else.
EDIT: I would suggest he submits a Getting Help request.

Well, I don't know too many posters who were particularly fond of him. Personally, I had nothing against him until he called me a slut, then I ignored him for awhile, but this morning for some reason my ignore list deleted itself. Then I noted a particularly hypocritical post of his and called him out on it, but I guess by then he couldn't access the forums.
No skin off my back if he's gone. He kinda pissed me off indefinitely with that slutty comment.

Thats a forum error. It's on the known problems page or somewhere I think. My old nation had it. He needs to submit a getting help request.
