My nation, Abream, was barred from the UN, under the law that another nation, or person, was controlling it. I have read the sticky titled, "Got Kicked Out of the UN? Here's why..." and have determined that there could be a misunderstanding between the UN Police and I. Yes, I do share a computer with another person who frequents NationStates, but the UN Police states there is no way to check that there is two people behind one computer, instead of one.

This happened right after invading a region, so I assume the invasion gave you strong evidence an illegal UN Ship could be the case. All I can do is assure you that this is the only region I operate, and thus is the only region I have in the UN. Please, could you withdraw your UN ban on my nation?

I am not a technical person but do LAN count as one IP adress? I know Abream is pretty sad since she is a rule-sticker.

LAN's I understand they can address normally (not to be confused with always), but that wasn't what was said.

Doesn't matter what you've got for LAN settings, that can't be addressed.

So the main deal is, you where on the same computer at one time and now you are, well f****d. I understand that and a majority of my UN nations I controlled are out of the UN, really fun though while I was at it even though the nations in question weren't worth a darn (one was in a backwater 4 person region and the other was a recruiter so no point really in being in the UN anyhow). Well that's cool, I'll be a good boy from now on, no multiple UN Nations.

So brings up one of two points, I got off pretty much scott clean and I am very happy (thanks mods) but could my friend have his nation back? Just Battlefield 1942, vince got a new nation (the IP adresses can confirm this) and has logged in as Valuun and is in my region. So that confirms one part (that there was at least 2 people of the 4 nations).

So please, can you let Battlefield1942 have his nation back.

I didn't handle this case, but I can tell you that two people sharing one computer -> tough luck. It's a rigid rule, one UN nation per PC. It's not like we can check our records for webcam footage confirming the presence of a second player, and this being the internet, trust is too easily abused.

Provided the other player doesn't enter the UN, yes.

That is really terriable, should've looked it over better. So this just makes me want to get another puppet. Wonder what I am going to do with Moorington, really to bad and now I feel bad for letting my friend get deleted. This is still a fun thing for me but I am really depressed now that my favorite nation is banned from UN (at least not deleted) along with all the rest. So thanks everybody for fully reading this and seeing what can happen.
