There you go - locking the thread once it becomes clear that you are being biased. This is so predictable;

So you see - there is a double standard. The only thing which keeps me coming back is the pleasure I get from pointing it out every now and then and then watching them all circle the wagons...

Most often the mods just post a snide remark then perform a threadlock

Do I expect anything to be done? OF course not - why would you break tradition? But I will still reply to those who posted relevant to me;

The point which was asked of me over and over again (which I was denied the ability to respond to due to the lock) is this;

when it happened before, Jocabia was given equal punishment to you. Let's see, last time it happened he had the same punishment as you. If last time he was given the same punishment as you, then obviously they aren't being more lenient on him. Sheesh.
and
You seem to be clamouring for "equal treatment." However, if someone has no record of breaking forum rules, they aren't going to get warned for something that a person with a past is going to get in trouble for doing.

For the first one - He was given equal punishment ONLY after I objected. Now that he has been caught and complained about for SAME OFFENSE AGAIN- he has not been given ANY punishment.

As far as Sarzonia - I believe you are sugesting I have a past and that Jocabia is some sort of model citizen. My past is no different than Jocabia's. (in particular at the time we were warned) In fact - the few blemishes are only the result of complaints from Jocabia and his pals when I refused to accept their abuse as a fact of this forum.(and dished out to them the same I was receiving - obviously they have no appetite for their own shit)

The argument that one person should be punished more severely for the same offense than another due to history is invalid since the number of offenses are not being counted - just the number of times someone has complained. Given the results of the thread above it is obvious why nobody complains about the 'in' people - nothing gets done - in spite of the fact that MANY PEOPLE POSTED RELEVANT INFORMATION THAT THE OFFENSIVE BEHAVIOR HAS BEEN ONGOING AND PERSISTIENT - in otherwords - a history.

TG - Regarding your traffic offense - Maybe if you enforced the rules the same nobody would feel the need to bitch. If you punish one person then let another off for the same offense - in spite of multiple witnesses - damn straight you'll get bitched at. If one person is getting mobed and beaten and then you punish them for striking back at their abusers - damn straight you get bitched at. Sorry I'm not being a good little minority here - I'm sure you'd prefer I just shut up and just take it.

Terribly sorry for not just rolling over and letting you sweep this under the carpet... No I'm not - I'm enjoying this! The moderators consistient behavior in this regard is quite funny. Denial is not a river in Egypt!

This is the part where you make a snarky comment about how you are god and nobody has the right to point out your errors. Then you will thread lock this one too. Maybe even issue a ban just to make yourself feel better. Then you can go back to your little circle-click and listen to everyone congratulate you for your effeciently fair way of putting down the rabble rousers before they got out of hand. Put them back in their place! Haha - maybe you should use a firehose, mace and dogs too?

woof.

You have had your answer. Get over it.

Everyone is subject to the same rules and guidelines. The punishments may vary depending on whether the individual in question is a useful member of the community or an annoying troublemaker. I make no apologies for this.

Still got a persecution complex? Not bothered.
