not sure if I am supposed to post this here or not, but a friend of mine tried to login to their nation today and got this message
"You have been banned for the following reason:None
Date the ban will be lifted: Never"
does that mean that their nation was deleted due to inactivity or something else?

That's a ban. Inactivity goes something like "@@NAME@@ no longer exists"

I seem to recall having seen some earlier queries along this line explained as having the situation due to the forum [or Jolt?] malfunctioning...

Well, without any specifics, the best I can offer is:
Either they did something pretty bad and got tossed from the forums, or this is another reflection of the Jolt/NS interface problems. In the case of the former, he's probably SOL as permanent forum bans aren't handed out lightly. In the case of the later, he's definately SOL as there's nothing we can do about it.

thanks ;)
I know for a fact he didn't do anything super bad, but you answered all my questions, so thank you for taking the time to do so :D

Hm.
It appears that I was little in error, and that Jolt actually fixed something. Have your friend file a Getting Help Page Request, and if it's just from Jolt/NS wonkiness, it should be able to be fixed.

Jolt fixed something? Is this a sign of the coming apocalypse?
