Oh well..Ok.. But still I think people can get in trouble for joking even. i remember someone getting in trouble for joking about rape or something like that.

It's far too vague. While everyone associates the Nazis with genocide, the same cannot be said of Serbian nationalism, which was far less single-minded. I'm leaving this alone.
