I don't see anything wrong with his posting. He is contributing to the debate that someone else started. And seeing as the thread in quesiton is in the "General" forum, you do not "Own" the forum and cannot tell someone to leave the thread because you don't like them.

Just a little advice for future reference.

I clicked the link. I saw him refer to someone as Canadian. Did you link the wrong page? Or can you link the actual specific post?

Just a little advice for future reference.I can ask someone to leave a thread that I started when they are contributing nothing to it...
I am the OP, btw. I don't consider three word posts to be valid debate rebuttals, and I didn't start the thread to be a debate.

1) At least from what is on the page you linked to, there was no name-calling.

2) Re: your ability to ask people to leave a thread....

The thread ownership aspect in the RP forums extends much further than it does elsewhere. RP topic starters can ask to have certain players removed from a thread. We do not allow that level of control anywhere else. Also, requests for closure or deletion are almost entirely automatic, which is not the case elsewhere.

You cannot order people to leave threads in the General forum.

You cannot order people to leave threads in the General forum.I joked about him calling me names, and then said, "but seriously...", and asked if you could help. And I did no ordering. I asked him nicely to leave, because it is obvious that he is there to antagonize and nothing more.
My main complaint is that the guy is spamming my thread with repetitive two or three word posts, and being an ass.

My question (though I obviously did not state it clearly enough) was: Is there anything that you can do to help me with this guy being such a nuisance? Is what he's doing in fact against the rules, or is he just annoying as all fuck?

I think Oxwana means the last couple pages, in which Cluichistan is mainly showing off his/her desire for the thread to die:
