Stone Bridges: Deleted. Telegram mentioned here (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showpost.php?p=10518547&postcount=82) has been verified via the Mod Centre and is utterly unacceptable as well. See the highlighted section from the FAQ above.
What can't I post?

malicious
defamatory
spam
This applies to your nation's name, motto, and other customizable fields, any messages you write, images you post, or any other content you upload or link to NationStates. If you do, your nation will be deleted.

Once a nation's deleted, isn't the Jolt account blocked from posting? I've noticed several ex-nations - some mod-deleted, some simply expired - posting on the forums since the upgrade.
