Asked around a bit on IRC as I'm fairly sure this is comes under flame-bait. If he wants to warn the author about another player there are more discrete ways he could have done it without starting an arguement on this guys thread and flooding it with more OOC then needed, I think the reactions following this comment only further prove the point that he really should have used a telegram instead of publically saying another player is bad.
This doesn't mean to say the reaction from the other players were much better, but it didn't have to be said publically in such a way that is distruptive to an RP.
