About a week or so ago, I asked for mod intervention to delete my proposal "Repeal: Scientific Freedom" because when pasting an apostrophe, a strange code came up.
Well, I didn't paste it from Word like they suggested, but rather an offsite forum. Now, the quotation marks come up as & #8221; and I once again request my proposal be deleted. I'll just type up everything in the box from now on rather than pasting.
