I was looking through the list of regions, looking at another region to move my nation to, and in the regional delegates column I found a nation called the We Rape Children Nation of Rabies Babylon. Their motto is "Get there before the Hair." I found this absolutely reprehensible. Am I correct in thinking that this nation should be told to at least modify it's name and motto?

That was an instant deletion offence in my day, and in any case should have been reported through the Getting Help page as it's a game, not forum issue. ;)

Yeah you should report it although a Mod will probably see it here and delete it anyway.
