if one invades another region for how long is he considered an invader? for example if i invaded a region 6 months ago and all went well. now somebody is invading... am i considered native and have native privileges or are the new invaders considered liberators?

If you originally invaded, then I don't think you would be considered a native.....
but yes.. moderation...

if i originally invaded but have lived in a region for some time already... or i will be forever known as an invader

I don't think there's a specific timeline. I believe the mods decide who is native and who is not based on what they can see of intent. So there's no hard and fast rule for you to depend on.
