Invasion Rules

My troops and I invaded Vinland yesterday. We ejected two nations which had arrived two hours before we took power, but left the single native remaining. Now, another nation has come in claiming to be a nation which died the day before our invasion. We ejected him, and three other nations that entered Vinland. We have not touched the native. We have, however, been accused of griefing. I am not certain how, as I have been careful to comply with invasion rules. Can you please tell me quickly if I have indeed done anything wrong, and if I have, how to correct it so I'm not deleted.

No, that's not how it works. You're entitled to not be kicked, but that's about as far as it goes.

Aryanas isn't the founder nation. ChunkStyle is. Regardless of who the player might be, Foundership resides with the nation. ChunkStyle is the only nation with the power to unilaterally eject the invaders, and he can't be stopped, as the Founder always has access to the Regional Controls and can simply clear any password or bans.

That's not illegal. They're not natives. Nobody said invasions are fair. We just make them so they're not abusive.

I didn't see which nation claimed to have 'just died', but two of the three nations on the banlist are 7 million or less. Not possible for them to have died and been reborn, as they would have accumulated a month's workth of population in 28 days. The third banned nation was spamming Nazi regions earlier today promoting his own new region, so I doubt seriously that his 14 million nation is 'native'.
Message to the natives: if you want to demand that invaders play by the rules, take 5 minutes and learn what the rules actually are. They're right here, second post: http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=416023
