Hi there Mods. A member of my region and an active member of the forums, The-Republic, has recieved the following text when trying to log into Jolt.
"You have been banned for the following reason:
None
Date the ban will be lifted: Never"
Is there a reason for this as he is none the wiser?

Oh and for some reason he is [NS]The-Republic on the forums.

Seeing this a lot when I get bored and look at Moderation, I must ask: did this guy log in at nationstates.net (as opposed to Jolt) in the last 28 days?

Yeah. His forum account got borked (no, not for any reason, it just did) and it considered his old forum account to be dead. I've attempted a fix, but it's not having any luck. I'll escalate to admin if he hasn't gotten back in within 24 hours. (Tell him to look for a validation email)
We've had numerous problems with the Jolt-NS interface. If you have an inexplicable problem with the forums, tell us here or via the Getting Help page. It's high on the list of priorities, but it's not something we can simply decide to resolve on our own. It will take Jolt coding assistance, and they seem to have us lower on the list than perhaps we'd like.
