Deliberate posting of a highly insulting and defamatory "news" article?

I have repeatedly attempted to get the Thread starter to provide a link to a highly infammatory and defamatory "news" article about US forces deliberately kidnapping the wives of "suspected insurgents." He has repeatedly attempted to side-step, avoid and overlook the request.
