Hi, I would like to say, in comment to the deletion of gassputia, you said that I had posted obscene spam, I was deleting it god dement, once I noticed it, one of my friend were kidding and I had not done something like this before! I wrote in the threads [delete this] the mod who looked at them, or if you found the threads you would tell!
Also I have done nothing else wrong, I even said that it was disgusting when someone made a thread to make houses of homeless people. I have not abused!

Anyways, if you look through the facts you will see that deleting and for ever banning my nation was not called for. Euroslavia or something, you deleted those spam threads, by the time I got banned I had changed most of them!!!

It even says delete this, on some of these spam threads, my gassputia 2 has done no wrong, and behaved as gassputia 1 did..


on't bother deliting this nation, i will not retur to these forums in any form if the moding is so poor not to see this, also had i just wanted to return i would not have called myself the same thing

That is very much against the rules.

poor poor gassputia... I only wish i knew what you were saying. In between your ramblings about the poor modding (which I don't agree with) and all the grammatical errors, I don't reckon there was one ounce of anything worth reading. Frankly I am glad you were deleted, and hope that an IP ban comes your way.

I have not abused! you [Gassputia] did start several threads with such titles as "Suck my..." and "My .... is big" and not just a couple of threads, but six threads with no context. if it's true that your "Friend" was doing it under your name, then do not blame the mod, but your friend. It is also partly your fault for either A) letting your friend know your Nation's password. B) leaving the computer on Nationstates and leaving your friend alone in the room. (if you were there when he created those threads, then you also allowed him to create the threads... but I'm assuming you were in the bathroom or something.) the Mods cannot and will not know who's on the keyboard so have no other choice but to act on the nation.

If you're forumbanned (as you have been with Gassputia2) then stay off the forum. You can continue this discussion on the Getting Help Page, but as it stands you are responsible for whatever happens under your account. We are completely unable to corroborate your story concerning your friend and therefore it is an unacceptable excuse.

Do not circumvent a forumban again.

I'm going to the gym anyways, so i hope that i have a nation upon my return that is true, you did delete some posts before it was found, but you didn't explain to the mods what happened, you created a new nation and continued on without an appearance of trying to correct what was, in your POV, an unfair deletion.

instead of this (delete me please) ask the mods to allow you to return with a different nation. explain what happened and allow Gassputina to die. (and never trust your friend with an unwatched connection again :p ) Mods have reversed their decision in the past, but to help nudge it into your favor, go through the proper channels and explain your case without the emotions.
