Yes the last few posts, once I became aware of what was going on. What did you expect? That I should sit idly by and watch that kind of abuse happen?

Damn near every blog out there allows users to delete offensive comments, and many allow owners to use IP bans to prevent certain people from posting comments. Perhaps using the tools available would be more productive than senselessly flaming here for stuff happening off site.

So threads that link to a blog and actively encourage NS'ers to spam the blog is fine? That's what you're tacitly saying here. Yes the comments have been deleted, but when you get 31 of them in under 24 hours with the same referrer, you generally go to the source don't you?

See, when I agreed to be a Moderator, I wasn't told that I needed to know the exact content of every single post on the forums so that I could act instantly. I was told that the process was for people to report the problems to me so I can act. I was also told that I was allowed to do things other than moderate the forums. Thanks for clearing up my duties. Yup. Came out flaming. Good way to "solve" the problem. Instead of coming here and reporting it like you should have, you decided to make things worse. Don't you dare try to play the victim card on this one.

Also, in reviewing that thread, the first post does not encourage spamming, actively or otherwise.
