Rule check (telegramming UN delegates)
Requests for proposal approval may be telegrammed to UN delegates, except where the region's World Factbook entry designates otherwise.
I've been telegramming a couple of hundred delegates to garner support for my resolution proposal, checking world factbook entries and national mottos to make sure I don't telegram any delegate who doesn't want it. Unfortunately I somehow missed the notice in the world factbook of Syndicate, and telegrammed Eranmane. I've apologised to Eranmane, but I wnated to check with the moderators what happens now?

first off, safalra, i'd like to congratulate you on your work ensuring you not send unwanted TGs. one of the few good folks, i dare say.
about your enquiry: while sending unsolicited TGs is spammy, you will not have to fear anything if it was a single incident and you actually apologized. as far as i understood it from the mod ruling on the same issue in a recent thread (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?p=10172853&posted=1#post10172853), action will only be taken if there's evidence you are being ignorant on malicious purpose.
