I would like this thread unlocked so I can make some points about deleting proposals based on factual inaccuracy. Nothing inflammatory about the parties involved, of course. At the moment I'm not in the mood to deal with people's personal issues.

That's not really how it works in my experience. The mods have decided that the arguement is closed, and that's how it will be in that thread. If you want to make your own thread in response in perhaps the UN forum, I'd say go ahead, however that may end up getting deleted or locked as well because the mods don't want the argument continued. Right now the fire's been put out...often it's better not to try to blow on the ashes and start it up again.
