A while ago me and 4 friends decided to make our own password protected region. so we did. i made a website for our region and only for our region. but now the region that we seprated from is all mad and has been spamming the guestbook there. what can my region do about it?

Now, I could be wrong here, but....from what I know the mods only deal with stuff that happens on the NS site itself, not on offsite stuff like a homepage or forum for your region. I'd try to talk to them, try to get them IP-banned from the site, or just delete their messages and ignore them till they get bored.

but the site si NS related, so can the mods warn them?

The only NS related sites are the NS forums and NS itself. If you set up your own forums, that's your own turf to deal with, the moderators here have no jurisdiction. I'd follow Crazy Girl's advice and IP-ban them or ignore them until they get tired.
IF the mods were even gifted with the authority to do anything about this, I would wager they'd be more likely to punish the flaming you did in the most recent guestbook post rather than the spamming I didn't see. Just a thought.
