This morning my region- Roman Empire- was refounded my myself, the previous native delegate. Much planning went into it and around 20 nations mass-moved over a 2-day period. After all nations had moved except for 6 nations, I took it upon myself to eject two of the 6- which is 33% of the members in the region (out of a legal 40% for native delegates in most cases), as ejecting any more would be greifing. The ejections were clearly in good favor- you can note this already as one of the ejected nations sent me a telegram appologizing for not moving himself. Both previously had wholeheartedly agreed to the refounding. I'm sure both would be happy to awknowledge this.

The thing is I recived a telegram from a nation called "The Annoying Observer" stating the following:
Griefing is illegal. You've been reported.

I recived this shortly after the refounding so I suspect it is from a nation who was planning to refound the region himself (we had a problem with this in the past).

Clearly my actions were far from greifing as proper precautions were taken in my actions. Just want to make sure I didn't miss something here....

EDIT: Oh also, at the beginning there were 32 members and from start to finish I've ejected a total of 5 members (including those two stated above) which is 16% of the total members. I don't know if any of that matters but I figured I should add it in in case.

Oh! Oops- This is the nation I was using as UN delegate- the one above is my main nation (which also recived both telegrams- from "The Annoying Observer" and the appology one), but this is the nation I was using as delegate (for 53 days altogether) and ejected the two nations with. All information is still accurate above though.

I've looked over this refounding and found it to be legal, though you were a lot closer to the edge than you claim, Bourgania. You've actually ejected seven (not five) in the last week, and an even dozen in the last month.

You've got a heavy trigger finger, so it's understandable that an outside observer would assume you were griefing. Just drop it and move on.
