My friend was recently kicked out of the U.N. he used to be a delegate, He did not grief, or do anything bad that i know of, any reasons why he was kicked out of the U.N. ?

You're not allowed to have more than one nation in the UN. Your friend probably had a puppet who joined the UN and both nations got kicked out.
And yes, this shouldn't be in general.
