The ad looks like it's been deleted, EV's had a couple of those nuked recently. I hope EV discovers the OSRS before getting DEAT'ed.
As for the godmoding (I swear, the next person to say "godmodding" has a nasty flame with their name on it), godmoding is generally not moderated until it turns to spam. You might want to TG this guy and tell him / her how people RP, but keep it civil. (Not saying that you don't, but just be careful.) Point him / her to Euro's sticky about how to RP and avoid godmoding.
Of course, this is just RPer's advice, I'm not a mod (points to the "Deadly" under his name rather than "Forum / Game / Moderator"), just advising you on how to deal with godmoders. (I usually make an OOC post explaining why an action is godmoding, but if you don't want to clutter the thread, you can TG them.)
