Just my opinion of course, but I don't really see where the poster baited.. "join the human race" is more of a statement people use when they are trying to admittedly shove something down your throat, but I don't think it's flaming or flamebait personally.

There's a lot of borderline stuff and a lot of issues with his statements. Reading through that page (page 9 - not 5, BTW), the tone of the thread from the other posters is significantly lighter than his own. His posts feel much more like scarecrow comments trying to create flames by pretending he's responding to flames - when he isn't really getting flamed (I think I only saw one flame directed back at him - along the lines of "grow up").
To me, that feels like baiting - I'd call it attempting to change the tone of the thread to flame war.
