I am writing here to lodge an appeal for our deleted and banned founder The vaina founder of The Eurasian Republic. He has emailed me and asked me to advocate his case to the moderators. I would firstly like to rely his most humble appologies for the unfortunate incident where he was accused of griefing. Please note that this was not supposed to be a case of griefing but merely a stupid oversite from a man that was very zealous and loyal to his region zealots can be blind sometimes even when advisors tell them they are going too far. I would also like to point out that our founder has learned from his mistake and will not let such actions cloud his judgement any more. He is also willing to accept any sanctions that the moderators impose. Please note that cases of griefing are at the individual moderators discresion and our region has suffered immensly due to this please sirs/madams could we have our founder back

Any help you can afford me is most greatly appreciated

Yours

He might want to check out the Getting Help page linked from the FAQ - he doesn't need to log in to access it so he doesn't have to worry about any ban dodging or anything. It's normally common practice (and moderator preference) to deal with in-game requests there.

However, if he has indeed broken the rules, "I'm sorry, I didn't know," is as unlikely to get him anywhere as it has been for others.

I am not saying he didnt know he did know about the griefing what i am saying is he mealry forgot what ever it was he was deleted for or perhaps the moderator did not give him chance to rectify the situation no warning were given to say that we were in danger of beening greifers I say we because two nations that endorsed the vaina were kicked out and banned from the UN for endorsing him

The rules are clearly stated. If he knew about the rules and knowingly broke them (even if he "forgot") then he should accept what punishment was handed out to him. I suggest that you should suggest to him to create a new nation, join the UN, and try not to do the same thing twice.

This is what I am appealing about he did create a new nation then put in a request to restore his old one him self and was deleted again also an ambassador nation that he had in another region was deleted as was all his other puppets the founder nation of our region was not the one involved in the griefing but one of his puppets.

I would think, then, that there was more involved in this than a simple griefing. Having him file a Getting Help request and we'll let him know what's going on.
