Personally, I think it's funny. But then, I'm 23, so I'm fairly young still, but I personally think the whole topic is quite amusing.
That said, I have no objection to dating an older woman (the oldest woman I took an interest in dating was ~40 when I was 21, but most of the girls I take an interest in are 16-24.)
As for whether it's ageist: Not really, some people like older partners and others don't.
Insulting / flame-baiting / discriminatory: There are few enough older posters (50+) that whoever posted it probably wasn't expecting an older poster to respond. I don't think it needs locking / deleting, a lot of posts here are quite offensive (think Neo-Nazism / racism / anti-Semitism, and they're not against the TOS.)
Profane: So is half of youth humor these days.

You know, perhaps if you just reported it instead of insiting on wallowing with the rest and getting nasty as well, it might go over better ... in poor taste, yes. But you busting in and calling people 'demented little twerps' isn't exactly laudable behaviour either.

At the outset, it didn't strike me as any more actionable than any of the other sex-related threads in General. Of course, once again, you've managed to demonstrate your inability to handle things properly. If you have a problem with a thread REPORT IT. Wading in with both arms swining is not acceptable.
As it is, I am going to lock it. It's spun a little out of line, but more importantly, it's spam.
