Hi, I want to change the e-mail address in my profile but I have heard a lot of problems of Jolt never sending the confirm e-mail and this and that, thereby leaving the account user out of the forum for an indefinite amount of time.
Does this problem still exist?

I've never had to deal with it. We don't do anything with the Jolt side of things. No idea what the potential implications might be.

Is there someone in particular I can talk to, IM, e-mail, etc? There are still people I know who did their change of address weeks and months ago and cannot get on still and I really do not need that happening.

Try asking on Technical. Some mods are touchy that way... others simply don't know much about the tech end.

Furthermore, since this is a question of how Jolt is going to act, there's only so much anybody on the NationStates staff can know.
