If it's a region ad in NationStates, shouldn't it have been deleted in accordance with the sticky?
And it looked to me like he was trying to declare war rather than get people to join his region.

I AM THE LEADER OF THE GROWING REGION OF DAS SCHEISSER AND WE ARE LOOKING FOR WAR! WE ARE A RUTHLESS NATION PREPARED FOR ANYONE!!
He's recruiting for his region, and the region itself is looking for war. I interpreted that as some sort of recruiting message; however, I see how it can be taken from a roleplaying perspective, seeing as they say "We are a ruthless nation prepared for anyone."
