You should post this in Moderation if you want prompt Mod attention.

Hmm ... Threads requesting Moderator action should go in the Moderation forum. I've moved it there. However, this sort of thing should be reported via the Getting Help Page (http://www.nationstates.net/88097/page=help) - attach the regional messageboard, fill in the region field, and it will send a copy to the tasklist.

This is important because otherwise if the event in question scrolls off the message board, there is no way to verify that it occurred if all you have is a copy/paste in the forums.

I've done that too, for record-keeping purposes in case it gets scrolled off.

Now this nation has broken quite a number of rules, so I can say with a fair amount of certainty that he'll be deleted when a Game Mod gets to it - unfortunately, timezones are fickle things and many of them are sleeping at present. Please sit tight.
